Eligibility2.1 Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older.2.2 Employees of Outscore Pro and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter competitions.2.3 Immediate family includes spouses, partners, parents, siblings, children, or anyone living in the same household as the Promoter.2.4 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when entering a competition.3. Nature of Competitions3.1 Competitions hosted by Outscore Pro are skill-based quiz competitions.3.2 Participants must complete a quiz consisting of knowledge-based or skill-based questions.3.3 The winner of each competition will be the participant who achieves the highest score in the quiz according to the scoring system defined for that competition.3.4 The outcome of each competition is determined entirely by the participant’s knowledge and performance in the quiz, and not by chance or random selection.3.5 In the event that two or more participants achieve the same highest score, a tie-breaker question will be used to determine the winner. The participant whose answer is closest to the correct answer will be declared the winner.3.6 Competitions are designed to test knowledge or skill and are operated in accordance with applicable laws governing promotional competitions.3.7 Quiz Integrity and VerificationOutscore Pro reserves the right to verify quiz responses, scoring accuracy, and participant eligibility before confirming the winner of any competition. In the event of a technical error, scoring discrepancy, or suspected abuse of the competition system, Outscore Pro reserves the right to review quiz results and take appropriate corrective action to ensure the fairness and integrity of the competition.All quiz questions, scoring systems, and tie-breaker questions are determined solely by Outscore Pro, and the Promoter’s decision regarding scoring and results shall be final.4. Entry Process4.1 Each competition page will specify:Entry feePrizeMaximum number of entries4.2 Entry is completed once payment is received and the quiz questions are answered and submitted.4.3 Entrants may purchase a maximum of five entries per competition. Each entry must be purchased and submitted separately.4.4 Outscore Pro monitors entries to detect automated systems or bots. Any entries suspected of being submitted using automated software, scripts, or bots may be removed or disqualified.5. Competition Closing5.1 Competitions will close once the maximum number of entries has been reached.5.2 Once the entry limit is reached, the competition will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.5.3 Entry Limits and Competition CompletionEach competition operated by Outscore Pro will have a clearly stated maximum number of entries.Once the maximum number of entries has been reached, the competition will automatically close and no further entries will be accepted.Outscore Pro reserves the right to verify entry counts and ensure that the published entry limits are respected. The competition will proceed once the entry limit has been reached.6. Winner Selection6.1 The winner of each competition will be the participant who achieves the highest quiz score.6.2 If two or more participants achieve the same highest score, a tie-breaker question will be used.6.3 The winner will be the participant whose tie-breaker answer is closest to the correct answer.7. Winner Announcement7.1 The winner will be announced live by Outscore Pro.7.2 The winner will also be notified via email following the live announcement.8. Fair PlayParticipants must not attempt to manipulate or interfere with the competition in any way.This includes but is not limited to:use of bots or automated softwareexploiting technical errorscoordinated attempts to manipulate quiz resultsfraudulent or misleading entry informationOutscore Pro reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and disqualify any participant where unfair conduct is suspected.The Promoter’s decision in such matters shall be final.9. Technical IssuesOutscore Pro shall not be responsible for technical failures including but not limited to:website outagesinternet interruptionspayment processing failurestechnical errors affecting quiz submissionsIf a technical error affects the integrity of a competition, Outscore Pro reserves the right to review results, correct errors, or restart the competition if necessary.10. Winner PublicityBy entering a competition, participants agree that at least the winner’s first name and general location may be published or announced by Outscore Pro for transparency purposes.Outscore Pro may also request a proof of delivery and announce winners during live broadcasts or on its website or social media channels.11. Prize DeliveryThe winner may be required to provide proof of identity before the prize is awarded.Outscore Pro will make reasonable efforts to deliver or transfer the prize within 30 days of confirming the winner.12. Entry FeesAll entry fees are non-refundable once an entry has been submitted.Entry into a competition does not guarantee winning a prize.Participants who attempt fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks may be restricted from future competitions.13. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.Any disputes arising in connection with these competitions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.14. Winner List RequestsOutscore Pro may provide confirmation of the winner of any competition upon reasonable request.Participants or members of the public may request the name and general location of a competition winner by contacting:[email protected]Requests must be made within 30 days of the winner announcement.Outscore Pro reserves the right to refuse requests that are excessive, abusive, or intended to misuse personal information.Any information provided will be limited to the winner’s first name and general location only in order to protect privacy.
